All items, unless otherwise stated, are previously loved. They come from a variety of avenues. We do not sell items that smell of smoke, pet odors, or of musty mildew.
All items are sold as is and without warrenty. We do check to see if they are working upon shipping and complete unless otherwise stated.

Images of our merchandise can be used for promotional purposes of our site and products (sites like blogs, facebook, myspace, and other social networking/bookmarking sites) with an appropriate link back. They may not be used to sell your merchandise, or on any other site/venue electronic/print or otherwise without previous written permission. If found in violation, you will be given a polite 24 hour notice before action is taken. It's a shame we have to actually write this out Lame-o.
Plastic bags used for protection during shipping are not toys and should not be given to children or left unattended with children.
Items on our site are sold as collectibles, it is up to a parent or guardian to decide to give to a child. We are not responsible for missing warning tags such as "may contain small parts" or "not for children under 3".
