Bedtime Bear (small talking) by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2004 edition.

Blue talking Bedtime Care Bear is 7 inches tall. He has a moon and star on his tummy. Bedtime says several phrases like YOUR A DREAM COME TRUE! He has been tested and works. This version comes with replaceable batteries. He is clean and in great condition with only very minor rubbing to his tush heart. A great addition to any Care Bear collection. All of our plush items are smoke/pet/mildew free.
