Umbrella Lounge manufactured by Those Characters From Cleveland.

Umbrella cloud car comes with two figures Love-a-lot and Bedtime Bear. The star on top can be turned to spin the multicolor umbrella. A great addition to any Care Bear or toy collection. There is minor rubbing and minor paint loss.
