Series: Baby Tugs is a talking plush stuffed toy. Usually they are triggered by pressing on the tummy, or squeezing the hand. It does require batteries unless otherwise stated in the description. (Also check the description to see if the batteries are replacable as some were designed not to be.)

Description and Condition Information:
Blue Baby Tugs is 10 inches tall. he says several phrases HI I'M BABY TUGS BEAR I CAN'T HELP IT IF I'M ADORABLE! He comes complete with his blanket, ready for naptime. He uses 3 AA batteries (not included). A great addition to any Care Bear Collection. All of our plush items are smoke/pet/mildew free.
