Grumpy Bear (clip on) by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2002 edition.

This is the 5 inch clip on, not the Burger King toy. Blue Grumpy Care Bear comes with a storm cloud on his tummy. He comes complete with swing tags (NWT). His tush heart is in great shape. All his stitching is intact, with no rips or tears. A great addition to any backpack. All of our plush items are smoke/pet/mildew free.
