Wish Bear by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2004 edition.

Aqua Wish Bear is Babys First Care Bear. Wish has a shooting star on her tummy. Wish is made of a terry cloth fabric and has a jingle ball in her belly. Her eyes and tush heart are stitched on for safety. She is 10 inches tall and has the retro curl. What a great addition to any Care Bear Collection! All of our plush items are smoke/pet/mildew free.
