Bedtime Bear Dazzlebright (small beanie ) by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2004 edition.

Blue Dazzle Bright Care Bear is from Special Edition Series 5. He comes with glitter in his fur and is made of shiny fabric, so he sparkles. Bedtime is a 8 inch beanie and has a moon and star on his tummy. In like new condition, he would be a great addition to any Care Bear Collection.
