Wish Bear (medium corduroy) by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2004 edition.

Aqua Wish Bear Care Bear is a 10 inch plush and has a shooting star on her tummy. Wish is made of a super soft corduroy fabric. Her tush heart is in great shape. A great addition to any Care Bear or Teddy Bear Collection.
