Cheer Bear (talking) by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2003 edition.

Pink Cheer Bear has a rainbow on her tummy. She is a talking 12 inch plush. Squeeze her left hand and she says phrases like HEY HOW ABOUT A CARE BEAR HUG? Cheer is clean with no rips or tears. There is very, very, minor rubbing on her tush heart. A great addition to any Care Bear or Teddy Bear collection.
All of our plush items are smoke/pet/mildew free.
