Hatful Sprite Romeo by Hallmark/Mattel. This is an 1983 edition.

Red Romeo Hatful Romeo Sprite is 7 inches tall and is wearing a purple hat and multicolor bow tie. He is Red Butlers buddy. He's vintage Rainbow Brite from the 80's era. He's clean and in great shape with no rips stains or tears. There is rubbing on his nose. What a great gift for the Rainbow Bright collector!
