Bedtime Bear by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2002 edition.

Blue Bedtime Bear is a 12 inch plush. Bedtime has a moon and star on his tummy. He is clean with no rips or tears, but has rubbing on his tush heart and his nose has scratches.
