Friend Bear by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2003 edition.

Apricot colored Friend Care Bear is 13 inches tall. She has yellow flowers on her tummy. She is clean and in great shape with no rips or tears. Her cloth tush tag has been removed. Her tush heart has no rubbing.
