True Heart Bear (medium) by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2004 edition.

Pastel Multicolored 10 inch plush True Heart Care Bear comes complete with her swing Tags (NWT), although slightly bent. True Heart also comes with the plastic hanger from store display. She has a heart and flower on her tummy and pink feet. True Heart is from Collectors Edition Series 4, #4. A great addition to your Care Bear Collection.
