Cheer Bear by TCFC (Those Characters From Cleveland). This is an 2002 edition.

Pink Cheer Bear is 13 inches tall. There is rainbow on his tummy. All his stitching is intact, there are no rips, tears, or stains. He has minor scratches on the nose, and has had a hair cut, otherwise he is in great shape. A great addition to any Care Bear or Teddy Bear Collection.
