Funshine Bear by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2003 edition.

Yellow Funshine Care Bear is 11 inches tall. He has a smiling sun on his tummy. He has no rips or tears. His tush heart has minor rubbing. Funshine Bear is very clean and in great condition, with only a minor dark spot in the stitching of on foot (see photo). All of our plush items are smoke/pet/mildew free.
