Friend Bear by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2002 edition.

13 inch Apricot colored Friend Bear has flowers on her tummy. She comes complete with tags (NWT) and still in her box. This version came with a cartoon video which is missing. The box has minor shelf wear and tape on the back, but is in great overall condition. A great display item or just a new bear to love.
