Funshine Bear (small beanie) by Those Characters From Cleveland. This is an 2002 edition.

Yellow Funshine Bear is an 8 inch beanie. He has a smiling sun on his tummy. He comes complete with his swing tags, although slightly bent. This bear is clean and in like new condition.
