America Bear (20th annivesary) by TCFC (Those Characters From Cleveland). This is an 2002 edition.

White America Care Bear is 13 inches tall and has a red, white, and blue shooting star on her tummy. This is an anniversary edition with white paws and the retro curl. She is in like new condition and would be a great addition to your collection.
