Cosmo (transforming) by Flying Colors Toys. This is an 2003 edition.

Cosmo from The Nickelodeon Cartoon FAIRLY ODD PARENTS is 7 inches tall. He flies the skies of Dimsdale to save Timmy from all his troubles. Cosmo and Wanda his wife transform throughout the cartoon to save the day. This Cosmos changes from his normal fairy body to a butterfly. He's clean with no rips or tears. This Cosmo has plastic fairy wings on both of his bodies. What a great gift for the cartoon lover!
