Harmony Bear (small beanie) by TCFC (Those Characters From Cleveland). This is an 2003 edition.

Purple Harmony Care Bear Beanie is 8 inches tall. He has a flower on his tummy. He is clean with no stains, tears, or rips. Tush letters are rubbed off and he has scratching on his eyes.
