Wish Bear (20th Anniversary) by TCFC (Those Characters From Cleveland). This is an 2002 edition.

Wish bear 13 inch plush 20th anniversary edition in excellent condition. He has the retro curl and vintage white feet of the original 80s bears. There are no rubs on his tush heart. He is in excellent condition. A great gift or addition to any Care Bear toy collection.
