Tigger (Easter) by Mattel Inc.. This is an 2002 edition.

Tigger Easter bunny from Winnie the Pooh, is dressed in a blue rabbit costume. He is 9 inches tall and has velcro on his hands. He is an Easter Basket hugger. What a great addition to any treat from the Easter Bunny. Tigger the Tiger does not have his swing tag, but is in like new condition.
