Who is Misty Star anyway?
Actually there is no Misty Star. Misty Star is a name we came up with for the overall company. This was it was fair to myself (Kristy) and the other Co-Owner Mona. We took all the letters from our names and made as many words as we could. Then we took them and paired them off in to short phrases. Misty Star was the best off all! So here we are instead of Kristy & Mona Collectibles. Or if you hear her tell it Mona & Kristy Collectibles! :)

I just bought something off the website, but it says you still have it in stock, Why?
Our systems refresh every one to two hours to ensure current information is posted on our site. If you still see we have it in stock after that period of time try refreshing your page. If the item is still listed in stock, there could have been a problem with processing the order. IF you do not hear from us in 24 hours of purchase and it is still in stock please contact us at HELP@MistyStar.Com

What if I dont want to use Pay Pal?
If you do not want to use the Pay Pal system to pay, simply print out your shopping cart. Then you can
mail your order to us. The same shipping rates apply as with the Pay Pal shopping cart. Some items when
using this method may be out of stock. To prevent this please also email (SnailMailOrder@MistyStar.Com) you order in as well, and those items will be
kept on hold for you. You will need to pay with a personal check, or a money order.

How do I order if I want to combine shipping with an Ebay purchase?
In order to combine your order with a purchase from ebay, first be sure you have won the auction.
Then please email us (Help@MistyStar.Com) and let us know the item you would like to purchase. We will then configure shipping charges for the additional purchases. An invoice will be sent out
as soon as this is done. Then you can pay with your prefered method.

How long does it take to recieve My order?
Shipping time varries with each type of payment used. On average it is 2-10 business days.

Do you take Credit Card orders over the phone?
For security purposes we do not accept credit card orders over the phone. If you would like to use a Credit Card please use PayPal.

What is your refund policy?
All items are sold as is. As you can see by our Ebay Feedback , We have a history of being honest and fair. In the event that you feel we have TOTALLY MISLEAD you, then we will make it right*.
If you ever feel like you have been mislead please contact us immediatly so the matter can be resolved.
*Shipping Fees are not included in this offer (inital postage & return postage ect...). We also reserve the right to see the merchandise in question, (via photograph to help determine if damage was caused by shipping ect...) In some cases Store Credit is given instead of a refund.

Is insurance required on my shippment?
Insurance is not required on purchases from the website. Purchases over $25.00 (NOT including shipping charges) will be insured for free.
If you would like insurance on your purchase just add $1.30 to your final purchase price.
All shipments are securely packaged! If for any reason your purchase does not arrive,
is broken, is damaged; please contact immediatly at Help@MistyStar.Com. Simply tell us what happened. We will then ship your insurance voucher to you if you are covered by USPS insurance.
After you have recieved your USPS insurance voucher, you can make a claim with the United States Postal Service. We do not offer refunds on broken merchandise. All claims go through the USPS. We are not responsible for items once they have left our hands at the post office.

Can you send my purchase to another address as a gift?
We can send your purchase to another address at your request, but delivery conformation will be required for an additional $0.55. fee. We do not at this time offer gift wrapping.

At this time we do not have a mailing list. But you are always welcome to email us anytime to see if we have what you are looking for.

How are your items shipped?
Currently we only ship via the United States Postal Service. At MistyStar.Com, we belive the enviroment is our friend and we try our hardest to reuse supplies, (cardboard boxes, peanuts, bubblewrap) whenever possible. We make sure each package is secure and has plenty of room.
Most packages are shipping Priority Mail. Arriving in roughly 2-5 business days. With delivery confirmation for 99% of puchases also.

We do not have a Lay-A-Way at this time.

Can I pick up my order? Or do you deliver in the DFW area?
In SOME cases to do offer to deliver to the West Side of Fort Worth. If you would like to see if we can set up a delivery, please email us at Help@MistyStar.Com before placing your order. This way we can place it for you to avoid shipping charges. We do not allow pick-ups at this time.

Do you ship FedEx or UPS?
Currently the only way we ship UPS or FedEx is if you have a corporate account and wish to be billed. We will take your package to the nearest drop off, but will need your billing information. Please contact us for further information at Help@MistyStar.Com.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, We do ship internationally.
Currently, Canada and Mexico are the same rates as configured on the shopping cart. Any other countries may have a additional charge from 1.00-10.00 for shipping. If you would like more information please feel free to contact us.
